Riviera Maritime Media: Vitol delivers biofuel in the Middle East; developments in the Aframax trades

Poten & Partners has looked at the impact of the 2024 Trans Mountain expansion project, which will bring up to 890,000 b/d through the Westridge marine terminal in Vancouver of the west coast of Canada.

It could mean one Aframax loading per day and Poten & Partners concluded that while there is no easy match to current trading patterns, a specific Aframax trade could develop in the North Pacific.
