No Longer Kings of the Road
In a huge upset, it was recently announced that sales of Ford’s dominant F-series truck lagged smaller, more fuel efficient cars like the Honda Civic and Accord, and the Toyota Camry and Corolla. In fact, the Ford F-series’s fifth place showing in May 2008 US auto sales data marks the first time these trucks have failed to hold onto the top spot since June 2005.
