LPG in World Markets: Mont Belvieu Prices Slip to Two-Year Low

In June, the US Gulf Coast (USGC) propane price continued to trend downward, hitting a more than two-year low, mid-month, as slow demand in the US coupled with production growth led to further increases in inventory levels.

Average EPC propane fell more than 14% month-over-month to about $299/t. On a year-over-year comparison the June average is down about 53%.
