  • East Coast retail asphalt pricing was steady or softer this week, with flux pricing unchanged.
  • Wholesale asphalt and flux barge pricing on the East Coast is steadfast for the week.
  • The Midwest barge market had some sales reported, with a wider assessed range. Rail sales were in the previously reported range.  Prices are well below year ago levels.  Flux markets were flat as well.
  • No changes were noted for Midwest posted prices or rack selling ranges.
  • Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux prices held steady, with assessments status quo this week.
  • Wholesale asphalt and flux pricing on the Gulf Coast was steady this week, with assessments flat.
  • Asphalt prices in Rocky Mountain markets were steady, with activity improved from last week.
  • Rockies wholesale prices are assessed in a steady range, with no changes noted.
  • West Coast markets were steady for both Pacific Northwest and California locations. Alaska markets had a slightly higher price range.
  • Western Canada retail and wholesale asphalt markets had no price changes.
  • In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets are assessed lower for the week.
  • Oil prices were higher for all benchmark grades this week, by more than a dollar per barrel this week.
