  • Some Midwest selling ranges go lower, as some suppliers reduce prices during the week.
  • Gulf Coast retail assessments were mostly steady.
  • Gulf Coast area barge asphalt range widened, easing lower. Flux range was flat.
  • Rockies wholesale and retail prices were steady this week. Racks are mostly quiet.
  • West Coast prices mostly hold steady. Alaska remains quiet and Hawaii is steady.
  • Western Canada retail markets mostly unchanged, British Columbia ranges adjusted.
  • Wholesale asphalt prices were steady for February product in Western Canada.
  • Quebec asphalt selling prices were steady and dormant for the winter season.
  • Ontario asphalt posted and selling prices are flat.
  • March WTI crude prices rise again, to $52.78 a bbl—up $1.09 a bbl this week.
  • March Western Can. Select (WCS) crude is $13.35 under WTI—or over $39 FOB Alberta.
  • March Brent crude jumped another $3.72, to $61.52 a bbl—almost $9 over WTI.
