  • East Coast asphalt and flux barge prices continued at previous levels across the region.
  • Midwest wholesale barge and rail prices were unchanged, with only a few small deals noted for barge lots within the current assessed selling ranges.
  • Midwest rack selling price ranges were steady in all, but a few locations.
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing was unchanged, with assessments steady.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge prices are assessed flat, with limited activity this week.
  • Rocky Mountain selling price assessments were flat, except for Colorado and
  • Rockies wholesale prices were unchanged, with August price negotiations upcoming.
  • West Coast markets were flat this week for both Pacific Northwest and California areas.
  • In western Canada, both retail and wholesale asphalt prices were steady this week.
  • Quebec markets had higher posted prices this week. Ontario markets were flat.
  • Oil prices were extremely volatile, plunging Monday on OPEC+/Covid news, only to recover thereafter. Prices ended the week slightly up for all benchmark grades, except for WCS crude.
