  • Retail asphalt pricing firms in many areas on the East Coast, with flux retail pricing flat.
  • East Coast asphalt and roofing flux wholesale pricing unchanged to start June.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices were firm for June supply, with assessed ranges rising modestly this week. Flux prices were reported higher in most areas for June supply.
  • Midwest rack selling prices were mostly flat, with few changes, as paving work restarted.
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux price ranges remain unchanged this week.
  • Asphalt and flux barge prices on the Gulf Coast are status quo.
  • Rocky Mountain rack selling price assessments firmed in only a few locations.
  • Rockies wholesale prices were reported at higher levels for June supply.
  • Eastern Washington asphalt prices were up. Other West Coast locations were flat.
  • In western Canada, retail asphalt prices were flat. Alberta wholesale prices went up.
  • In Quebec, selling price assessments were lower price ranges. In Ontario, both posted prices and selling price assessments went up this week.
  • Oil prices increased notably again this week for all benchmark grades.
