• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices steady in most areas – some Florida prices slipped.    
• Asphalt barge and flux pricing firms again on the East Coast. 
• Midwest retail selling prices were unchanged, as paving activity winds down.
• Midwest wholesale asphalt prices were steady for December.  Some weakness noted for roofing flux prices in areas.    
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are status quo this week.     
• Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices in a narrower band, with flux barge pricing steady.
• Rocky Mountain retail markets were mostly quiet and steady, with only one range changed.       
• Rocky Mountain wholesale asphalt prices were flat for December supply.    
• West Coast asphalt and flux price ranges held steady, except for the Pacific Northwest.            
• In western Canada, Alberta retail prices moved lower. Retail prices in other areas were flat. Alberta wholesale base grade asphalt prices were status quo this week.
• Eastern Canada markets were static this week both for Montreal and Toronto.
• Oil prices were mixed again this week. WTI and Brent crude prices increased, but WCS crude prices moved down.
