Walking the Plank

As we have been painfully aware for several months, piracy off the coast of Somalia has been on the rise since 2007 and it poses an increasing effect to the shipping industry.  With the Somalian government too shaky to take effective measures, the onus has fallen upon other governments and the shipping industry itself.
