Crude stocks in the US have been reaching levels not seen since April 1999 when they were at roughly the same levels and crude prices much lower. What is surprising is that even though crude prices have seen a rapid increase over the month of March, the US has yet to determine that enough is enough. Last week, stocks accumulated to over 345 million barrels.
