- Midwest retail asphalt pricing is flat or higher with flux price assessments unchanged this week.
- Midwest asphalt and flux rail and barge pricing is stable with limited new activity occurring.
- Gulf Coast/Mid-South asphalt and flux rack prices are unchanged this week.
- Gulf Coast/Mid-South asphalt and flux barge and rail prices are stable this week.
- Rocky Mountain markets had higher retail prices in a few locations. Wholesale prices were status quo.
- In the West Coast, both PNW and California market prices were unchanged this week.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were steady this week.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec and Ontario selling prices are again lower this week.
- Benchmark WTI and Brent crude oil futures surged this week.
