- Midwest asphalt rail and barge pricing held flat, with flux rail and barge pricing also unchanged.
- Gulf Coast/Mid-South asphalt and flux rack prices were steady across the board this week.
- Gulf Coast/Mid-South asphalt and flux barge and rail prices are unchanged this week.
- Rocky Mountain markets had higher retail prices in some locations. Wholesale prices were flat.
- In the West Coast, some PNW locations had higher prices, while California markets were steady.
- In western Canada both retail and wholesale markets had steady prices this week.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec and Ontario selling prices are stable this week.
- Benchmark WTI and Brent crude oil futures dropped again this week.
