  • Rockies wholesale prices are steady–retail assessments ease lower, with racks quiet.
  • West Coast prices ease lower in some Pacific Northwest locations. California is unchanged.
  • Western Canada retail markets assessed lower in some Prairie Provinces.
  • Wholesale asphalt prices were steady for February product in Western Canada.
  • Quebec and Ontario asphalt selling prices were unchanged for this week.
  • April WTI crude prices fall to $50.81 a bbl—down $2.86 a bbl vs. previous week April close.
  • April Western Can. Select (WCS) crude is $13.35 under WTI—about $37.50 FOB Alberta.
  • April Brent crude slipped to $60.22 a bbl—but is more than $9 above April WTI.
