- Midwest asphalt barge market assessment is narrowed, with other wholesale prices steady.
- Midwest rack market prices were steady. Weather conditions were relatively mild in most areas.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux prices assessments were all unchanged this week.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and rail price bands narrowed for the week, with flux barge pricing stable.
- Rocky Mountain rack markets were flat for the week.
- Rockies wholesale prices were also unchanged for February supply.
- In the West Coast, Pacific Northwest markets were flat. California locations were also steady.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were flat for the week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets prices were unchanged this week.
- Oil prices were notably higher for all benchmark grades this week versus the previous week.
