  • Asphalt barge pricing on the Gulf Coast slipped, with asphalt rail and flux barge prices unchanged.

  • Wholesale asphalt prices fell sharply for September material.
  • West Coast markets had flat pricing for Pacific Northwest but higher prices California locations.
