  • Midwest rack selling prices were unchanged in most areas, with selling ranges flat.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail prices assessed unchanged across the region this week.
  • Asphalt and flux barge price assessments declined again this week on the Gulf Coast.
  • Rocky Mountain rack selling prices were static this week, following recent reductions there.
  • Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were at previous week levels for August supply.
  • In West Coast, Pacific Northwest locations were flat, while California markets had price changes.
