  • Midwest barge prices assessed in a narrower band, with rail supply and roofing flux unchanged.
  • Midwest rack selling prices are assessed steady in all but a few norther locations.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail pricing remained steady across the region this week.
  • Asphalt barge price assessments decline, with flux barges unchanged on the Gulf Coast.
  • Rocky Mountain rack selling assessments rise in Idaho and Nevada, with other areas mostly flat.
  • Rockies wholesale prices were steady for remaining July supply.
  • In Pacific Northwest, some locations had higher prices. California retail markets were steady. Roofing flux prices were higher in both Pacific Northwest and California locations this week.
  • In western Canada, some retail markets had higher prices. Wholesale asphalt prices were flat.
  • Both Quebec and Ontario markets were status quo this week.
  • Oil prices were mixed this week. WTI and WCS crudes were down but Brent crude moved up.
