  • Retail asphalt prices rose in some East Coast locations, with flux pricing steady.
  • East Coast asphalt and flux barge prices held steady throughout the region this week.
  • Midwest barge and rail prices were mostly steady this week. Flux was unchanged too.
  • Midwest rack asphalt selling price ranges firmed in some areas, with others steady.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt retail pricing firmed in most areas, with flux prices unchanged.
  • Asphalt barge and flux barge price assessments are flat on the Gulf Coast this week.
  • Rocky Mountain rack selling assessments increased in some markets. Heavy rain and flooding this week hit northern areas, particularly Montana and much of Wyoming.
  • Rockies wholesale prices were steady in a broad range, with markets tight and some refiners having operating problems.
  • Some Pacific Northwest locations had higher pricing this week. Roofing flux prices in Pacific Northwest also moved higher. California markets were status quo.
  • In western Canada, both retail and wholesale asphalt markets were steady.
  • Quebec markets had wider price ranges this week. Ontario markets were also higher.
  • Oil prices were down for all benchmark grades of crudes this week.
