- East Coast asphalt barge prices slipped again this week, with flux barge pricing steady.
- Midwest wholesale markets noted little sales activity this week for barges and rail, with September prices to be negotiated starting next week. Roofing flux was also steady.
- Midwest posted/reference prices and selling ranges were almost all steady this week.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing and assessments are flat across the region.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices are assessed down, with flux barge prices flat this week.
- Rocky Mountain selling prices were static for this mid-August week.
- Rockies wholesale prices were flat, with most material committed for August.
- West Coast markets were steady both for Pacific Northwest and California locations.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were unchanged this week.
- Quebec markets had lower posted prices this week. Ontario markets remained flat.
- Oil prices were down sharply due to new covid outbreaks and rise in supply by OPEC.
