” East Coast asphalt retail price ranges ease in some areas, with flux pricing steady.
” Asphalt barge pricing on the East Coast declines, with flux barge prices stable this week.
” Most Midwest retail markets had steady prices, but some slippage was noted for the St. Louis area. Wet and cold weather limited paving work in a number of markets this week.
” Midwest wholesale trade was active, with asphalt prices varying. The rail range was adjusted. Flux markets were steady.
” Gulf Coast asphalt and flux retail pricing remains unchanged for the week.
” The asphalt and flux barge price assessments on the Gulf Coast are unchanged.
” Rockies retail asphalt prices were static. Weather was deteriorating in many areas.
” Rocky Mountain wholesale prices held steady for this last week of October.
” West Coast markets were static for both Pacific Northwest and California markets.
” Western Canada retail and wholesale prices were reportedly flat this week.
” Eastern Canada markets were steady for both Ontario and Quebec locations this week.
” Crude prices dropped notably this week for all benchmark grades, mostly due to low global oil demand.
