  • U.S. asphalt activity winds down late in the week for the July 4th National Holiday.
  • East Coast retail asphalt prices lower in some areas with flux retail pricing status quo.
  • Some asphalt barge prices increased on the East Coast, with flux wholesale unchanged.
  • Midwest posted/selling prices mostly flat for asphalt this week.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices firm for barges and rail. Flux prices were mixed.     
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices are lower in some areas, with flux rack prices flat.
  • Asphalt barge prices firmed, with wholesale flux prices steady in the Gulf Coast.
  • A few retail markets ease a bit in the Rockies, with others steady.      
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale prices rise for July supply.
  • Asphalt prices were flat for Pacific Northwest markets. Meanwhile, some California market prices increased. In Alaska markets, prices are adjusted lower this week.
  • Retail prices were steady in most western Canada locations. However, Alberta wholesale prices were in higher levels for July material.
  • Asphalt prices in both Quebec and Ontario are unchanged this week.
  • Oil prices increased this week, on lower crude inventory levels per EIA data.
