  • East Coast retail asphalt pricing eases in many areas, with flux prices steady.
  • Asphalt barge prices move down on the East Coast, as flux barge pricing is unchanged.   
  • Some price reductions noted for Midwest retail markets. Asphalt price assessments continue to slip lower.  Flux market prices were also soft. 
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt markets assessed lower for barges and rail activity. Flux markets go lower for April supply.   Refineries report more cuts to crude runs.             
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt pricing slips in many areas, with flux prices stable.
  • Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt declined this week, with no flux price changes.
  • Rocky Mountain retail prices ease lower in some locations.
  • Rockies wholesale price ranges slip, as competition grows for terminal space. Many regional refineries cut crude runs.     
  • West Coast markets ease lower in some Pacific Northwest and California areas.          
  • In western Canada, posted retail prices in most areas were in a lower range. Alberta wholesale prices were also in lower levels for this week.
  • Quebec roadwork suspended. Asphalt prices are steady in Quebec and Ontario markets.  
  • Oil prices were mixed this week for all benchmark grades.
