  • Asphalt barge pricing firms in some areas, with flux markets unchanged on the East Coast.
  • Midwest retail selling prices were static for a second week, with racks closed or mostly quiet.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices increased significantly for January supply. Roofing flux was mostly steady, but some suppliers noted modest increases for the new month.   
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt pricing is steady, with flux prices declining in many areas.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices firm somewhat, with flux barge prices steady.
  • Some Rocky Mountain retail markets adjusted modestly lower, but most were unchanged.
  • Wholesale prices firmed slightly in the Rocky Mountain region for January supply.
  • West Coast retail asphalt and flux price ranges remain unchanged, with markets quiet.
  • In western Canada, retail and wholesale base grade asphalt prices were unchanged.
