  • East Coast retail asphalt prices steady, but ease in some Florida areas – flux pricing flat.   
  • Asphalt barge pricing moves lower, with flux prices assessed status quo on the East Coast.
  • Midwest retail selling prices ease in many locations, as activity slows down due to weather.    
  • Wholesale asphalt price ranges slip modestly lower for barges and rail. Flux is steady.   
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are assessed unchanged for this week.  
  • Asphalt barge and flux pricing eased on the Gulf Coast for the week.
  • Rocky Mountain retail prices assessed lower in some areas. Cold weather noted in the north, with warm, dry conditions in the south.  Wholesale markets assessed in lower range.  
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale markets were steady, after falling for October supply.    
  • Asphalt and flux prices are assessed lower in parts of the West Coast region this week.   
  • Western Canada retail markets were flat. Alberta wholesale prices assessed lower.
  • Eastern Canada markets were steady this week both for Quebec and Ontario.
  • Oil prices moved down this week for all benchmark grades, around a dollar per barrel.
