  • Asphalt barge prices widened modestly for the week on the Gulf Coast, with flux unchagned.
  • Rockies retail prices head lower in some areas, while wholesale price ranges slip for March.
  • Prices are mostly steady in the West Coast region, but some selling ranges adjusted lower.
  • Participants in Canada reported no selling price changes. Alberta wholesale narrows.
  • Crude prices continued to rise–April WTI closed at $38.50 a bbl, up $2.58 vs. last week.
  • May Brent crude ended the week at $40.39 a bbl—less than a dollar over May WTI.
  • April WCS was up sharply, to more than $25 a bbl FOB Alberta, ($13.45 below WTI).
