• The Asphalt Institute held its Spring Meeting in New York, New York this week.
• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were unchanged in the region this week.  
• Wholesale asphalt barge and flux prices remained steady on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail markets reported no price moves this week, with limited rack activity.     
• Midwest wholesale barge prices were noted in a higher range this week for asphalt liquid. Wholesale rail and roofing flux prices were unchanged for this last week of April.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices held steady for the week.   
• Wholesale asphalt prices were firmer on the Gulf Coast this week, with flux barge prices flat.
• The Rocky Mountain region was status quo, with snowstorms coming to northern areas.
• West Coast markets were static. No changes were reported for paving grades or flux.       
• Asphalt retail and wholesale prices were steady in western Canada.
• Ontario and Quebec markets were static, with no reported price movements.
• Crude markets were down this week, with rising U.S. crude inventories.
