The 28th Annual Fuel Oil/Energy Buyers’ Conference was held in Miami Beach, Florida from October 27-29. Stefka Ilieva, Fuel Oil Consultant from Poten & Partners Inc., spoke on the third day. The title of her presentation was “Ocean Transportation’s Role in Fuel Oil Arbitrage,” and will addressed the role that tanker freight rates play in fuel oil trading opportunities and the outlook for the tanker transportation market.
