Our 2025 Forecast Review

Dec 19th, 2025: Looking back at our projections for 2025 A few years ago (against our better judgement), we started an annual forecasting tradition.  At the beginning of every year, we make a number of projections about developments in the tanker market and check them at the end of the year.  Against that backdrop, on January 10^th, 2025, we discussed several trends/developments that we expected to happen in the tanker market in 2025 (“Predicting The Unpredictable”).  As we are approaching the end of December, it is time to look back at our predictions and see how we did.  We’ll discuss them in order.
