- Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices dropped significantly; flux barge and rail prices were stable.
- In the Rocky Mountains, both retail and wholesale markets had no price changes.
- In the West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets were status quo for this week.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets remained within last week’s price levels.
