- Gulf Coast asphalt barge pricing was adjusted higher, while flux barge and rail prices were stable.
- Rocky Mountain retail and wholesale markets had steady prices this week.
- Both Pacific Northwest and California markets had no price changes.
- In western Canada, retail markets had lower prices, but wholesale markets were flat this week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets had lower posted and selling price ranges.
