- East Coast asphalt barge and flux barge pricing is assessed flat, with markets quiet.
- Midwest retail asphalt and flux market prices are steady, with limited paving occurring.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt pricing remains steady, with wholesale flux pricing also unchanged.
- Gulf Coast asphalt and flux rack prices were unchanged this week across the board.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices firmed slightly while rail was flat; flux barge and rail prices dropped.
- Rocky Mountain markets had a lower retail price in one area, other areas were flat. Wholesale prices were also unchanged this week versus the previous week.
- In the West Coast, one region had a higher price range, other locations were status quo.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale markets were flat for the week.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec and Ontario selling prices are flat, with activity concluded for the year.
- Key benchmark crude oil futures again fell to the lowest end-of-week settlement prices of the year.
