• East Coast retail asphalt prices steady except for CT, with flux prices status quo.    
• Wholesale asphalt pricing move lower, with flux pricing flat for the week on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail prices were steady for this last full July week. Demand remains strong.   
• Wholesale asphalt and flux prices in the Midwest held flat for this last full week of July.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing is unchanged this week.   
• The asphalt barge range moves lower, with flux barge prices flat on the Gulf Coast.
• Rocky Mountain markets were unchanged. Paving demand is strong, limiting truck capacity. 
• West Coast asphalt and flux prices were steady, except for firmer prices in Alaska.
• Western Canada markets were mostly stable, except Alberta markets. Wholesale asphalt prices were flat.
• Asphalt prices were status quo in both Toronto and Montreal this week.
• Crude prices were mixed this week, with Brent and WTI crudes higher and WCS lower.
