- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux barge prices remained unchanged this week.
- Rockies retail prices rose in AZ and NM. Wholesale firmed modestly for March.
- West Coast asphalt was flat, except for firming in Oregon. California’s crude Index declined.
- Canada asphalt selling and posted prices steady. Wholesale went up for March.
- Retail selling and posted prices are flat in Quebec. Posted prices increased in Ontario.
- Crude oil prices headed lower this week, with sweet and sour crudes declining. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) and WCS fell $1-2, while Brent was off by more than $3 this week.
