- Gulf Coast barge prices went up again this week, with flux barge prices flat.
- The Rocky Mountain region reported little activity this week. Prices were steady there.
- No changes were noted for West Coast markets this holiday week.
- Western Canada asphalt retail prices and Alberta wholesale are steady.
- Selling and posted prices in both Montreal and Toronto are steadfast.
- Oil markets resumed their upward momentum, especially in North America, despite rising U.S. production and increased drilling activity.
