- Asphalt selling/posted prices are flat across western Canada. Alberta wholesale is steady.
- Selling assessments are flat in Quebec. Posted prices decreased. MTQ held a tender.
- Selling and posted price ranges are status quo in Ontario.
- Oil prices surge on strong economic data—light grades firm more than heavy sour oils.
