10 Mar 2017: Earlier this week, the International Energy Agency (IEA) published their annual medium term oil market outlook, now called ‘Oil 2017’.  The publication covers projections for oil supply and demand and refining as well as the outlook for the crude oil and products trades.  This week, we will take a look at their projections and the likely impact on the tanker markets.
