Rack activity sluggish on the East Coast, with retail pricing holding steady.

Rocky Mountain regional retail assessments are steady, with very limited activity
Wholesale prices were in steady ranges in the Rockies, with some ongoing delivery delays.
Markets were unchanged on the West Coast. Asphalt and flux prices were static.
In western Canada, retail and wholesale asphalt markets were flat this week.
Base grade asphalt posted and selling prices were steady in eastern Canada markets.
