• Markets are very quiet this week due to the Christmas Holiday.
• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were unchanged in most areas.    
• Asphalt barge and flux markets quiet, with no price changes on the East Coast. 
• Midwest retail selling prices were static this week, with little activity.
• Midwest wholesale asphalt prices were steady for December, with January prices noted next week.  Roofing flux prices were also static this week.    
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain unchanged this week.     
• Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge prices are steady, with limited availability.
• Rocky Mountain retail markets were almost all unchanged, with only one area adjustment.       
• Wholesale prices were steady in the Rocky Mountain region for December supply.    
• West Coast asphalt and flux price ranges were status quo.            
• In western Canada, retail and wholesale base grade asphalt prices were at a standstill.
• Eastern Canada markets were steady this week both for Montreal and Toronto.
• Oil prices were up this week for all benchmark grades of crudes.
