  • Paving activity in the U.S. essentially ended mid-week, with the Thanksgiving Holiday
  • East Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing was flat this week, with assessments status quo.   
  • Asphalt barge and flux prices are assessed unchanged on the East Coast.
  • Midwest retail selling prices slipped lower in a number of locations, as some price reductions were reported.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices slipped lower this week. Flux prices were unchanged. 
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain unchanged for the week.   
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing held steady, with assessments flat.
  • Rocky Mountain retail markets eased lower in some areas, but activity was scant.      
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale asphalt prices were flat for remaining November supply.       
  • West Coast asphalt price ranges declined in the Pacific Northwest, but were steady elsewhere. Roofing flux prices were flat for November material.       
  • Western Canada retail and wholesale markets were mostly unchanged this week.
  • Quebec markets were flat. In Ontario, reported posted and assessed selling prices declined.
  • Crude prices were down for all benchmark grades. WTI-WCS crude spread widened.
