  • East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices had no changes this week, with assessments flat.   
  • Asphalt barge and flux prices are assessed steadfast on the East Coast.
  • Midwest retail selling prices were mostly steady, with few exceptions.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices were static, but sales were ongoing. Flux prices were flat.
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are holding steady for the week.   
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing remains unchanged.
  • Rocky Mountain retail markets slowed due to weather, with few selling range changes.      
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale asphalt prices were static for November supply.       
  • West Coast asphalt price ranges were reduced in Washington State, Alaska and southern California. Roofing flux prices are adjusted in the Pacific Northwest and southern California.     
  • Western Canada retail and wholesale markets were mostly steady.
  • Eastern Canada markets were status quo this week for both Quebec and Ontario.
  • Oil prices were mixed for benchmark grades. WCS oil declined with the CN Rail strike.
  • Thousands of Canadian National Rail Employees on Strike (See Industry News).
