  • East Coast retail asphalt prices steady for the week. Flux prices lower in most areas.    
  • Asphalt barge prices are assessed static on the East Coast, with flux barge prices lower.
  • Midwest retail selling prices slide lower in areas, as cold, wet weather is approaching.
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt price ranges slip lower this week. Flux prices also ease.   
  • Some Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices slipped this week, with some flux pricing also lower.   
  • Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing held steady again this week.
  • Rocky Mountain retail markets soften in areas, with cold weather in the northern areas.    
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale asphalt prices continue to slide lower for November sales.       
  • West Coast asphalt markets weaken in the Pacific Northwest.  Flux eases lower.      
  • Western Canada retail markets were mostly steady, except for Manitoba. Alberta wholesale prices were unchanged versus previous week.
  • Eastern Canada markets were flat this week for both Quebec and Ontario.
  • Crude prices increased this week for all benchmark grades.    
  • Keystone Pipeline crude oil system is planned to partially restart early next week.
