• East Coast retail asphalt prices were unchanged for the week. Flux prices were static.    
• Asphalt barge and flux prices are assessed steady on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail selling prices were steady this week.Activity is slowing in areas.   
• Midwest wholesale barge prices slip lower. Rail and flux was unchanged this week.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are status quo this week, with racks active.   
• Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices reported across a wide band this week. Flux was steady.
• Rocky Mountain retail prices were unchanged. Cold weather was noted in the north, with warmer, drier weather in the south.  .  
• Rocky Mountain wholesale markets were steady this week.     
• West Coast markets were status quo, with no changes to price assessments.     
• Western Canada retail markets and Alberta wholesale prices were steady this week.
• In Quebec, asphalt selling and posted price ranges were adjusted lower. Ontario markets were flat this week.
• Crude markets moved up this week for all benchmark grades.
