• East Coast retail asphalt prices steady or firmer this week, with flux prices unchanged.  
• Wholesale asphalt barge prices rose, with flux barges flat on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail asphalt markets held steady, except for one location. Flux was steady too.
• Midwest wholesale barge/rail asphalt prices steady. Most sales were in the upper part of the ranges. Flux was unchanged.  There was flooding noted on saturated Midwest rivers.    
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt mostly flat, with flux prices unnmoved for the week.   
• Wholesale asphalt and flux pricing moved hgiher for this week in the Gulf Coast.
• Rocky Mountain racks had little activity, with snow and wind noted. Prices were mostly flat.    
• Rockies wholesale asphalt prices held at previous ranges. Some refinery problems persist.   
• West Coast markets were mostly status quo for asphalt and flux.        
• Western Canada asphalt retail prices are unchanged. Alberta wholesale prices are also flat.
• Retail selling and posted prices are steadfast across eastern Canada.
• Crude prices increased this week for all benchmark grades.
