• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were unchanged this week.  
• Asphalt barge prices continue to rise in East Coast markets on considerable sales activity.
• Midwest retail markets had few reported price changes, with little rack activity.   
• Midwest wholesale asphalt prices held steady, following recent increases. Supply is limited.  
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were unchanged this week.
• Waterborne asphalt prices continue to rise, on tight supply and strong demand for material.
• Rockies areas were mostly steady, but higher prices were noted in some mountain states.
• February Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were flat this week.   
• West Coast markets had another quiet week in most areas, with few adjusted ranges.        
• Western Canada markets are quiet this week. Saskatchewan selling prices assessed firmer.
• Base grade asphalt prices were status quo in eastern Canada.
• Benchmark crude oil prices climbed sharply, on tighter supply and other factors.
