  • East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices mostly unchanged for the week.
  • East Coast asphalt and flux barge prices declined sharply.
  • Midwest retail asphalt markets eased lower, with demand diminishing. Flux prices were flat. 
  • Midwest wholesale asphalt prices slid lower this last week of November, with the trend negative. Flux prices were steady for remaining November supply.
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain unchanged for the week.
  • The Gulf Coast asphalt and barge assessments move down notably this week.
  • Rocky Mountain area selling ranges slip lower in many areas, with demand limited.
  • Wholesale prices slid lower in the Rockies, with demand limited there.
  • West Coast markets this week are mostly assessed lower.     
  • Western Canada asphalt retail prices and Alberta wholesale are unchanged.
  • Selling prices are flat in eastern Canada. Some Quebec suppliers ceased posted prices.
  • Crude prices had a slight increase for all benchmark grades of crude oils.
