  • East Coast retail asphalt prices were mostly steady this week. Roofing flux prices were flat.
  • East Coast barge prices were above coker values, but mostly within last week’s ranges
  • Midwest retail markets continue to rise, with supply tight in many areas.
  • Midwest wholesale ranges were unchanged this week, but supply is tight. Flux is steady.  
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices were mostly in previous week ranges, with flux markets flat.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt barge prices held in the previous week range, and above coker values.
  • Rockies retail price assessments stayed flat in most areas, but rose in some.
  • Wholesale prices were steady for June supply in the Rockies, but supply is tight.     
  • Assessed West Coast asphalt selling prices firmed in some markets.
  • Retail prices across western Canada are mostly flat. Selling prices in Manitoba are slightly higher. Some posted prices are in narrower ranges. Alberta wholesale is steady this week.
  • Selling prices are flat in E. Canada. Posted prices are higher in QC and steady in Ontario.
  • Crude oil prices surged higher for all benchmark crudes despite an OPEC agreement to raise production.
