  • Midwest wholesale and retail prices were mostly steady this week. Assessed ranges are static for asphalt cement and flux.  Buyer terminals are nearly full in most areas.
  • Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices rise in some markets, with flux status quo for this week.
  • The wholesale asphalt range widened modestly, with Gulf Coast flux barge pricing stable.
  • Rocky Mountain retail prices are steady, with late snowstorms stalling paving in Colorado.
  • Rockies wholesale markets were unchanged. Supply varies considerably between refiners.
  • West Coast retail selling ranges were unchanged, with paving activity improving.
  • Western Canada selling and posted prices are status quo this week.
  • Selling and posted prices declined again in Quebec. Price ranges are steady in Ontario.
  • Crude prices head higher–June WTI reaches $50.33/bbl–up $2.45/bbl this week.
  • June West. Can. Select crude (WCS) climbs to $40/bbl FOB Alberta—$10 under WTI.
  • July North Sea Brent oil rises again, to $53.61a bbl, or $2.71/bbl this week.
