Lawrence Noto

Joined Poten in 1995. Commercial LNG advisor since 2003, assisting in the development, negotiation and implementation of commercial LNG transactions, including LNG supply, ship transportation and logistics. Formerly, he was a Senior LNG consultant in Singapore, responsible for regional intelligence on LNG trades (1997-2003) and a consultant in Dubai (1996-97). He received a BS in International Finance from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C and a MBA from University of Chicago.
