Previously, deck officer on various tankers in worldwide trade, 1988-91; with Texaco Inc. as analyst in marine marketing of bunker fuels, 1992, and coordinator of bunker fuels marketing, 1992-94; with Stevens & Company as sales associate for various financial products, 1994-95; tanker broker with Atlantic Chartering, 1995-96. BS and deck officer's license, State University of New York at Fort Schuyler.
