Frank  Spadine

Frank has been with Poten since1991. Currently he is a Senior Consultant in the LNG and Natural Gas group where he participates in various special studies relating to LNG and Gas. He is also the Editor of LNG in World Markets. From 1995-1998, Frank was a manager to Poten’s LPG consulting group. During his time at Poten, Frank has served as editor of numerous multi-client studies including World Trade in LPG 1990-2010, LPG in World Commerce 1993-1997, and International LPG Outlook. He has been a major contributor to World Trade in Natural Gas and LNG 1985-2010 as well as various single-client studies. From 1968 to 1970, Peace Corps service in Iran; staff economist and senior economist with Caltex Petroleum Corporation, 1972-82, directing preparation of crude and product supply balances, marketing assessments, and business plans for company activities in Africa, Middle East, and Far East; energy analyst and vice president with Bankers Trust Company, 1982-1990, evaluating energy industry trends, prices and market outlooks related to lending policy; member of bank's natural gas transmission financing team and co-author of its monthly publication, Energy Viewpoint. BS Mathematics Education, Pennsylvania State University, completed course work for PhD Economics, New York University.
